If you are looking for the best PDRN creams in 2026, the most useful question is not which jar prints the biggest PDRN number on the label.
The better question is: what kind of PDRN is being disclosed, what does the rest of the moisturizer contain, and does the finished formula actually fit your skin, budget and routine?
For most hydration-focused shoppers, Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid 100 Moisturizing Cream is our strongest all-around starting point. Dr. Reju-All stands out for unusually detailed salmon-PDRN specifications, while Genabelle offers one of the strongest value propositions among products with a disclosed salmon-DNA figure.
The biggest catch is that PDRN numbers are not standardized enough to create a meaningful potency ranking. A 20,000 ppm proprietary complex is not the same thing as 20,000 ppm pure Sodium DNA, and a differently labeled plant-derived material cannot automatically be ranked against salmon-derived PDRN by one headline number.
We have not personally tested all seven creams side by side. This is an evidence-based buying guide built from current ingredient lists, official product information, disclosed PDRN specifications, brand-provided finished-product testing and the available topical human research.
Prices, formulas, sizes and availability checked September 14, 2026. They can change after publication.
Best PDRN Creams in 2026: Quick Comparison
| Product | Best For | Current Official Price | Size | PDRN Information | Fragrance Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid 100 Moisturizing Cream | All-around hydration starting point | $31 | 80 mL on current Anua regulatory listing | Salmon-derived; Sodium DNA | Fragrance/Parfum do not appear in the current published INCI |

| Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Cream | Value with disclosed salmon PDRN | $25 sale / $28 reference | 70 mL | 1,000 ppm salmon DNA extract, according to brand FAQ | Contains Fragrance |
| Centellian24 Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN | Barrier-supporting formula | $38 on current U.S. official store | 50 mL | 20,000 ppm TECA-PDRN complex; 2,000 ppm Sodium DNA | Contains multiple aromatic essential oils |
| Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Capsule Cream | Customizable texture | $26 sale / $34 reference | 55 g | Salmon DNA PDRN; Sodium DNA in INCI | Fragrance/Parfum do not appear in current published INCI |
| Rejuran Nutritive Cream | Rich premium texture | $48.60 sale / $54 reference | 50 mL | c-PDRN positioning; INCI lists Hydrolyzed DNA | Contains Fragrance |
| VT PDRN Cream 100 | Plant-derived PDRN positioning | $34.56 sale / $46.08 reference | 50 mL | PHYTO PDRN® Panax; current web copy states 100,000 PM | Brand describes formula as unscented and free from synthetic fragrance |
Price-per-size context: using the official prices above, Anua is about $3.88 per 10 mL, Genabelle about $3.57 per 10 mL, Centellian24 about $7.60 per 10 mL, Rejuran about $9.72 per 10 mL and VT about $6.91 per 10 mL. Medicube is about $4.73 per 10 g. Dr. Reju-All’s displayed $29.90 starting price would be about $14.95 per 10 mL for the 20 mL size, although its current official variants are marked unavailable.
Grams and milliliters are not perfectly interchangeable, and sale prices can move quickly, so these figures are shopping context rather than a laboratory-standardized value ranking.
Anua also requires a size check: Anua’s current regulatory information lists an 80 mL cream, while some global retailer listings and existing product photography may still show 60 mL. Compare the exact pack size before deciding which listing offers the better deal.

Why PDRN Numbers Are Not Apples-to-Apples
This is the most important buying rule in this guide:
A higher PDRN number does not automatically mean a better PDRN cream.
Centellian24 is the clearest example. The brand says its proprietary TECA-PDRN complex is present at 20,000 ppm, but separately states that pure PDRN, labeled Sodium DNA, is present at 2,000 ppm.
Those statements are not interchangeable.
Dr. Reju-All advertises 1,200 ppm salmon PDRN and describes its material as 99% pure. Genabelle states that its cream contains 1,000 ppm salmon DNA extract.
VT uses different terminology on its current official product-page copy: 100,000 PM of PHYTO PDRN® Panax, a ginseng-derived material.
We are intentionally leaving that unit exactly as currently published. We are not silently converting PM into ppm or ranking it against the salmon-derived disclosures above.
Raw-material source, purity specifications, molecular characteristics, ingredient complexes, delivery systems and the finished moisturizer can all differ.
That is why a bigger front-of-box number does not automatically prove better penetration, better skin delivery or better clinical performance.
For the science behind those distinctions, read our guide to what PDRN skincare actually is.
1. Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid 100 Moisturizing Cream — Best All-Around Starting Point
Best for: hydration-focused shoppers who want a lightweight daily moisturizer with salmon-derived Sodium DNA and a large current U.S. pack.
Anua is one of the easiest creams in this group to understand because the surrounding moisturizer formula is familiar and hydration-focused.
The current ingredient list combines salmon-derived Sodium DNA with squalane, glycerin, niacinamide, hydrolyzed collagen and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid.
Anua’s U.S. site currently lists the cream at $31, while its regulatory information identifies the current cream as 80 mL.
The brand also publishes finished-product testing related to collagen, moisture plumping and prolonged hydration. Those figures are useful as brand-provided finished-product data, but they do not establish that Sodium DNA alone caused every measured change.
For fragrance-sensitive shoppers, Fragrance and Parfum do not appear in the current published INCI. That is more precise than promising that the product will be non-irritating for every user.
The main shopping catch is pack size. Some global listings still show a 60 mL version, so compare the amount in the listing rather than sticker price alone.
If you are also considering the brand’s serum or Medicube alternatives, our Anua PDRN vs Medicube PDRN comparison explains why the complete formula matters more than the trending ingredient name.

2. Dr. Reju-All Advanced PDRN Rejuvenating Cream — Best for PDRN Transparency
Best for: shoppers who care more about disclosed salmon-PDRN specifications than finding the cheapest moisturizer.
Dr. Reju-All provides more numerical information about its PDRN material than most brands in this category.
The brand states that the cream uses 1,200 ppm salmon PDRN at 99% purity. Its current INCI includes Sodium DNA alongside glycerin, niacinamide, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen, adenosine and allantoin.
But the brand’s technical language needs context.
Dr. Reju-All describes 1,200 ppm as an “optimal concentration” and also makes a very small particle-size claim. We would not treat either statement as independent proof that 1,200 ppm is universally optimal for every topical PDRN formula or that particle size alone proves superior clinical skin delivery.
The official product page currently displays a starting price of $29.90 and lists 20 mL and 60 mL options, but both variants are presently marked sold out or unavailable. That is one reason we are not forcing an affiliate CTA for this product.
Fragrance and Parfum do not appear in the current published INCI.
3. Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Cream — Best Value With Disclosed Salmon PDRN
Best for: shoppers who want a disclosed salmon-DNA figure, a relatively large tube and strong value per milliliter.
Genabelle’s current official U.S. page lists the 70 mL cream at $25 sale price versus a $28 reference price.
The brand’s FAQ states that the cream contains 1,000 ppm of salmon DNA extract (PDRN). Its ingredient list includes both Sodium DNA and Hydrolyzed Sodium DNA, along with niacinamide, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, peptides and Ceramide NP.
At the current official price, it works out to roughly $3.57 per 10 mL, one of the strongest simple price-to-size values in this comparison.
The trade-off for fragrance-avoidant shoppers is straightforward: Fragrance appears in the current ingredient list. That does not mean the cream will irritate everyone, but it is relevant if you deliberately avoid fragranced skincare.
Where to buy: Check the current Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Cream offer at Olive Young Global.
4. Centellian24 Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN — Best Barrier-Supporting Formula
Best for: shoppers interested in a more complex moisturizer combining PDRN positioning with Centella-related actives, panthenol, ceramide and multiple humectants.
The current U.S. official store lists the 50 mL cream at $38.
Its PDRN disclosure is also one of the easiest in this category to misread.
Centellian24 states that TECA-PDRN is present as a 20,000 ppm complex combining TECA, multiple PDRN-positioned sources and rose water. The brand separately says that pure PDRN, labeled Sodium DNA, is present at 2,000 ppm.
Therefore:
20,000 ppm TECA-PDRN complex does not mean 20,000 ppm pure PDRN.
The formula also contains niacinamide, panthenol, Ceramide NP and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid.
Fragrance-sensitive shoppers should pay attention to the aromatic oils. The current ingredient information includes lavender oil, bergamot fruit oil, orange peel oil, rosemary leaf oil and chamomile flower oil, with limonene and linalool also appearing on the U.S. ingredient list.
That is why we prefer the narrower description “best barrier-supporting formula” rather than presenting this as a universal sensitive-skin winner.
Where to buy: Check Centellian24 Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN at Olive Young Global.
5. Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Capsule Cream — Best Customizable Texture
Best for: shoppers who like being able to adjust how light or rich their moisturizer feels.
Medicube’s 55 g cream currently lists for $26 sale price on its U.S. site, versus a $34 reference price.
The formula uses a transparent gel plus pink capsules, and Medicube specifically instructs users to change the capsule-to-gel ratio depending on whether they want a lighter feel or richer hydration.
The current formula contains Sodium DNA, and Medicube identifies its PDRN positioning as salmon DNA-derived. It also contains niacinamide, squalane, multiple hyaluronic-acid forms, Ceramide NP, collagen-related ingredients and peptides.
Medicube publishes finished-product test figures including 102.4% immediate hydration and two-week measurements related to uneven tone, pigmentation and elasticity.
Those numbers should be read as brand-provided testing of the finished cream. They do not prove that PDRN alone caused the measured changes.
Fragrance and Parfum do not appear in the current published INCI.
Medicube also does not currently provide a PDRN ppm disclosure that we consider directly comparable with Dr. Reju-All, Genabelle or Centellian24, so we would not assign it a potency rank from the label alone.
If you are deciding between Medicube and Clinique’s PDRN moisturizer, our Clinique PDRN Cream vs Medicube comparison compares current price, PDRN source, fragrance positioning, finished-product testing, and the Singapore batch-specific recall context.
Where to buy: Check Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Capsule Cream on Amazon.
6. Rejuran Nutritive Cream — Best for a Rich Premium Texture
Best for: shoppers who prefer richer oils, butters and emollients and are comfortable paying more per milliliter.
Rejuran currently lists the Nutritive Cream at $48.60 versus a $54 reference price.
The formula is noticeably richer than many options in this guide. It contains jojoba oil, pomegranate seed oil, argan oil, rosehip oil, borage seed oil, shea butter, squalane and sodium hyaluronate.
Its current INCI lists Hydrolyzed DNA, while the brand markets the product around its c-PDRN positioning.
Rejuran also publishes consumer and efficacy statistics around hydration, firmness and appearance. We are not using those brand figures to rank Rejuran above the other creams because they are not a standardized independent head-to-head trial of these seven products.
Fragrance is present in the current ingredient list.
At the current 50 mL price, this is one of the more expensive choices in the roundup, at roughly $9.72 per 10 mL.
Where to buy: Check Rejuran Nutritive Cream on Amazon.
7. VT PDRN Cream 100 — Best Plant-Derived PDRN-Positioned Option
Best for: shoppers specifically looking for a ginseng-derived, non-fish PDRN-positioned moisturizer.
VT markets PHYTO PDRN® Panax as being sourced from Korean ginseng rather than the fish-derived materials traditionally associated with many PDRN products.
The current 50 mL cream is listed at $34.56 sale price versus a $46.08 reference price.
The current official webpage states 100,000 PM of PHYTO PDRN® Panax.
We are deliberately leaving that unit exactly as published rather than converting it into ppm.
VT uses “Vegan PDRN” language for the proprietary ingredient. For this comparison, however, the more useful distinction is plant-derived PDRN positioning, because the key buying question is whether shoppers want a non-fish source—not whether a marketing label automatically makes it clinically equivalent to salmon-derived PDRN.
The formula also highlights panthenol, a five-ceramide complex, macadamia seed oil and hyaluronic-acid ingredients. VT describes the cream as unscented and free from synthetic fragrance.
Most importantly, evidence generated with a defined salmon-derived PDRN-850K material should not automatically be transferred to VT’s proprietary ginseng-derived material as though they were clinically interchangeable.
Where to buy: Check VT PDRN Cream 100 at Olive Young Global.

Which PDRN Cream Should You Choose?
For an easy hydration-first starting point: Anua gives you a large current U.S. pack, a hydration-heavy supporting formula and no Fragrance/Parfum in the published INCI.
For detailed salmon-PDRN disclosure: Dr. Reju-All is unusually explicit about its 1,200 ppm and purity positioning, although those are brand specifications rather than independent proof of superiority.
For value: Genabelle is difficult to ignore at $25 for 70 mL while also providing a 1,000 ppm salmon-DNA disclosure.
For broader barrier-supporting ingredients: Centellian24 combines Sodium DNA with Centella-related actives, ceramide, panthenol and multiple humectants, but its aromatic oils may matter to fragrance-sensitive users.
For customizable texture: Medicube has the most unusual format, allowing you to change the capsule-to-gel ratio.
For a rich premium moisturizer: Rejuran is the better stylistic fit if you actively prefer oils, butter and a richer cream rather than a lighter gel-cream.
For a plant-derived alternative: VT is the clearest option in this group, but its PHYTO PDRN® Panax should not be assumed to share the same evidence base as a defined salmon-derived PDRN material.

What Did the 2026 Topical PDRN Study Actually Test?
Topical PDRN has more interesting human evidence in 2026 than it did a year earlier, but the study needs to be interpreted narrowly.
A randomized, double-blind, split-face clinical study included 31 healthy Chinese women aged 35 to 55 with self-reported sensitive skin.
Participants used a 0.1% PDRN-850K eye cream on one periocular side and an otherwise matched 0.1% retinol eye cream on the other side, twice daily for 28 days.
The PDRN-850K side produced larger improvements across several reported periocular measurements during the short trial, and both treatments were reported as well tolerated.
That is promising.
But the study did not test Anua, Dr. Reju-All, Genabelle, Centellian24, Medicube, Rejuran or VT.
It tested one defined PDRN material, at one concentration, in one specific eye-cream formulation for four weeks.
The appropriate conclusion is:
A specific topical PDRN formulation now has promising controlled human evidence.
The inappropriate conclusion is:
Every moisturizer labeled PDRN is clinically proven to produce the same results.
For a deeper look at the comparison with retinoid evidence, read our PDRN vs retinol guide.
Which PDRN Cream Has the Highest Concentration?
There is no scientifically useful single winner from the headline numbers alone.
Centellian24 publishes a 20,000 ppm figure for a proprietary complex while separately identifying pure Sodium DNA at 2,000 ppm. Dr. Reju-All states 1,200 ppm salmon PDRN. Genabelle states 1,000 ppm salmon DNA extract. VT’s current web copy uses the distinct label 100,000 PM for PHYTO PDRN® Panax.
Those disclosures do not represent a controlled comparison using the same raw material, source, purity, molecular profile, delivery system or unit definition.
Use the numbers to understand what each brand is disclosing—not to create a fake potency leaderboard.
Which PDRN Cream Is Best for Sensitive Skin?
There is no universal winner.
Fragrance and aromatic essential oils can be useful screening factors, but their absence does not guarantee that a product will never irritate sensitive skin.
Anua, Dr. Reju-All and Medicube do not currently list Fragrance or Parfum in the published ingredient lists reviewed for this guide. Genabelle and Rejuran do list Fragrance. Centellian24 contains several aromatic essential oils. VT describes its formula as unscented and free from synthetic fragrance.
Your own history with niacinamide, botanical extracts, richer oils and other formula components still matters. Patch testing is sensible if your skin is reactive.
Can You Use a PDRN Cream With Retinol?
Potentially, yes.
A PDRN moisturizer can be used in the same overall routine as retinol if your skin tolerates the complete formulas.
What we would not claim is that any PDRN cream automatically prevents retinol irritation, repairs retinol damage or makes retinol more effective.
If you are introducing both products for the first time, adding them separately makes it easier to identify the cause if irritation develops.
Are Plant-Derived and Salmon PDRN the Same?
Do not assume so.
Products can use similar PDRN language while relying on different raw-material sources and proprietary technologies.
The 2026 topical human study discussed above evaluated a defined PDRN-850K material. That evidence cannot automatically be transferred to every plant-derived PDRN-positioned cosmetic.
For a current mainstream example, our Clinique PDRN Cream review examines a $68 moisturizer that Clinique describes as using biotech-derived cica PDRN—and explains why that material should not automatically be treated as clinically interchangeable with salmon-derived PDRN-850K.
Bottom Line
The best PDRN cream is not necessarily the product with the biggest number on the box.
Anua is our strongest all-around starting point for a hydration-focused buyer. Dr. Reju-All offers unusually detailed salmon-PDRN disclosure when available. Genabelle currently stands out for value. Centellian24 is compelling for shoppers prioritizing a broader barrier-supporting formula. Medicube wins on customizable texture. Rejuran suits buyers who prefer a richer premium cream, while VT is the most distinctive option for shoppers seeking plant-derived PDRN positioning.
But do not buy any of them simply because one number looks larger.
Look at the PDRN source, what the number actually represents, the complete moisturizer formula, fragrance preferences, size, current price and the strength of evidence behind the finished product.
That will tell you far more than a ppm arms race.
